of our products. If you're not completely satisfied, here's our return process:
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under these conditions:
- Timeframe: Within 7 days of delivery
- Condition: Unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Documentation: Original invoice must be included
Agricultural Products Note: Due to the perishable nature of agricultural goods, returns
are only accepted for defective/damaged items or wrong shipments.
2. Non-Returnable Items
These products cannot be returned:
- Opened perishable goods (seeds, fertilizers, etc.)
- Products with tampered safety seals
- Custom or bulk orders (unless defective)
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling
3. Return Process
Follow these steps for hassle-free returns:
- Notify Us: Email returns@vikjangroot.com within 7 days
- Get Approval: We'll respond with a Return Authorization (RA) number within 24 hours
- Pack Securely: Include all original packaging and accessories
- Ship Back: Send to our warehouse address provided in the RA email
4. Return Shipping
Shipping responsibility depends on the reason for return:
- Our Error: Free return shipping (wrong/damaged item)
- Your Choice: Customer pays return shipping
- Recommendation: Use trackable shipping method
5. Refund Processing
After we receive your return:
- Inspection: 1-2 business days
- Approval: You'll receive email confirmation
- Refund Method: Original payment mode (except cash on delivery)
- Timeline: 5-7 business days after approval
COD Orders: For cash on delivery returns, refunds will be processed via bank transfer
(provide IFSC code and account details).
6. Damaged/Defective Products
Special instructions for agricultural products:
- Take clear photos of damage before opening packaging
- Preserve original labels and batch numbers
- Do not discard damaged items until instructed
- We may arrange pickup for heavy/bulk items
